9 Redmyre Road, Strathfield is ideally positioned in the heart of the popular Strathfield business district, a major junction in the Sydney rail network. The building is centrally located, being just 300 metres from the bus and rail interchange.
The building was refurbished in 2006 and as well as having six levels of commercial office space it has two and a half levels of basement car parking with capacity for 83 vehicles.
The Fund has sold 73% of the commercial strata suites, with eleven remaining to be sold.
